I lost my baby in a auto auto insurance accident, what due I sue for?

I had a misauto auto insurancerage a day after I was in a auto auto insurance accident. What is a reasonable amount to sue the auto insurance or the people who caused the accident?

Sue the dude who was driving the auto auto insurance for property reimbursement. Get the court to order him to put another baby inside of you, as replacement.Hey, don't look at me funny. You're the one trying to figure out how much your dead baby is worth.

You can only get as much as their auto insurance is worth. By law the policies have to be at least a certain amount. Where I live it is $25,000. When you hear about people suing for all these millions it is because they sued McDonald's or something like that which has millions of dollars worth of auto insurance. Source(s): My own experience. I am not an attorney

everyone grieves in different ways. some hold memorials, others plant trees or make donations in the loved ones name….still others cheer and plan lawsuits.Cold hard truth – an unborn fetus has no monetary value. The fetus contributed no income to the family, the family is not financially harmed by its demise (excepting medical bills which we will get to) and therefore has no value in the eyes of the law.You can sue to recover costs for medical bills directly related to the auto auto insurance accident. You will need to prove conclusively that the auto auto insurance accident caused the misauto auto insuranceriage.

Hire a lawyer. Don't listen to anyone on here. Your matter is very serious.
