Shouldn't my auto auto insurance be dealt by now?
i had a auto auto insurance accident back in Aug 1st 2009. A drunk driver hit my auto auto insurance from behind. Police came and wrote a report that the other driver is at fault. I told my auto insurance about the situation, and I also hired a lawyer to help me take auto auto insurancee of this situation. Recently, was looking to buy a new auto auto insurance and the guy there look into my record and told me that i have a bad record back in Aug 1st and it's was claim that it was my fault. Now i'm really confused, and i am concerning if my Lawyer is doing his work, I only meet with him like 3 times ever since. first time was to do contract with him, and he recommended some doctors, 2nd time is when i had to bring him some paper work that came into my mail from the auto insurance company… and 3rd time is when i had to come in there and complain to him about him not calling me at all to tell me the stats or what he's doing… for about 6 months in the row. My auto auto insurance is still not being fix, i haven't got receive any medical payment yet. I felt like nothing was done… What should i do now?

Get a copy of the police report and bring it with you when you get auto insurance quotes. When they ask about the accident tell them that it was not your fault and you have a police report to prove it. Unfortunatley auto insurance companies look at "occurrences". So even if the accident wasnt your fault at all, it is still an "occurrence" and it can very well affect your premium. For example, if you were rear-ended 5 times in one year… you will have trouble finding anyone that would be willing to insure you even though none of the accidents were your fault. Unfortunately it's just how auto insurance companies work. They cant techincally "charge" you for an accident that is not your fault but they will put you in a different rating category that has higher rates…so they are basically charging you for it but getting around the law that says that they cant charge you for an accident that isnt your fault.If that is your only accident/ticket in the past 39 months then it shouldnt be a big deal.

You hired a lawyer to "take auto auto insurancee of this situation." What exactly does that mean? Why is your auto auto insurance "not being fixed" after six month? Did you not auto auto insurancery collision auto insurance yourself?
